Join Daria Bogdanowicz for a Sunday outdoor yoga practice and enjoy a wellness morning filled with movement, nature, healthy rituals, and the pleasure of spending time together, crowned with a delicious breakfast in the scenic surroundings of the Sopot Błonia.

Join us for a Sunday morning yoga practice led by Daria Bogdanowicz, surrounded by greenery, birdsong, and the soothing atmosphere of a Sopot morning. This will be a time to slow down, find your balance, and ease into the day in a state of flow, with mindfulness, calm, and a close connection to nature.

After the practice, we will invite you to enjoy a shared outdoor breakfast prepared by Blugrass, along with Danish pastries, coffee, matcha, juices, and many other delicious treats. It is exactly the kind of morning you need.

Schedule

8:45 AM – Meet at the patio of Blugrass Hall

9:00 AM – Vinyasa yoga practice led by Daria Bogdanowicz begins

10:00 AM – Outdoor breakfast among the greenery of the Radisson Blu Sopot gardens by Blugrass

Practical information

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, choose a ticket option that includes mat rental and we will prepare it for you. There are parking spaces around Radisson Blu Sopot managed by e-park. The first hour of parking is free. The parking meter is located in front of the hotel entrance.

How to find us

Enter Radisson Blu Sopot through the main entrance and the reception team will direct you further. The yoga practice and breakfast will take place in the hotel gardens next to Blugrass Hall.

99 PLN – ticket for one person, including the group practice and breakfast

119 PLN – ticket for one person, including yoga mat rental, the group practice, and breakfast

Additional notes

In case of bad weather, the practice will be moved to the beautiful interiors of Blugrass Hall overlooking the Sopot Błonia.
